Since 2002, Redwood Engineering has been providing complete engineering and design services to our clients throughout the State of California. While our main focus relates to the design and engineering of single-family homes, we also work with homeowners, contractors, and developers on building projects of all types. Our work is quite varied, from the engineered design of new 10,000 square foot estate residences, to minor alterations to existing spaces. When everyone from the designer and homeowner, to the contractor and building inspector are satisfied with the integrity of the structure, we know we’ve done our job right.

Principal Engineer Leonard Willis was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering (ARCE) from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in 1997. Leonard has spent his career consulting and networking with designers and builders to find ways to increase efficiency and reduce the unnecessary waste that increases construction costs. Whether on the jobsite or at the drafting table, Leonard brings a rare combination of assets to every project: a friendly attitude and the ability to find intelligent solutions to difficult challenges.
